Mundi Sofa provides a lifetime limited warranty on all frames for the original retail purchaser. This warranty ensures the frames are free from manufacturing defects under normal use with the original upholstery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Springs – 5-Year Limited Warranty
We guarantee that all springs, legs, and bed mechanisms will remain free from breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Foam – 2-Year Limited Warranty
Foam cushioning is covered under a two-year limited warranty, protecting against loss of resiliency during this period. Please note that normal softening and flattening of foam and polyester fibers due to everyday use and aging are not covered under this warranty.
Fabric – 1-Year Limited Warranty
Mundi Sofa offers a one-year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship of the fabric under normal usage. This warranty does not cover issues like fading, pilling, shrinking, or heavy soiling. Additionally, fabric damage due to chemical treatments, improper cleaning, or misuse is excluded from this warranty.
